Super clean room. The Indian restaurant moved out but it's still close by. Young lady working the registration desk was very helpfull, polite, and way beyond gorgeous. We talked about fish. SemperFi.
Our room was clean. The bed was a little stiff but comfortable enough. We did not go to breakfast so no comments on that. We loved the location because it was close to everything we wanted to see and do in the area. There is also a really good Indian restaurant on site.
Very friendly staff and the free breakfast was nice. The things I didn't care for was low toilets, very loud exhaust fan and was hearing all the hallway traffic
Place was easy to pick from only hotel who shoveled the parking lot & of course the rooms was nice
What a wonderful place! The room had everything I needed for an overnight stay. The staff was great and breakfast was included. I would definitely stay again. It's a great place to stay if you are heading to the Youngstown Amphitheater. It's only 15 minutes sway.
I should probably wait to make a review about this place. But honestly from the start, I was very impressed with Smith the hotel clerk when I checked in tonight he was very professional and polite. Being on the road for almost 6 hours has its toll on anyone. I made a reservation through online and it was all a very smooth process from checking in, and I was able to get to my room right away. Had a super nice hot shower, plenty of pressure, the room was super clean inside and out, they have super fast wi-fi internet, along with multiple channels. They also have a free breakfast! Already I wish I could rate the Quality Inn of Austintown-Youngstown West a 10/10! Very impressed so far and great service here! Highly recommend! I will definitely return as a customer to stay here anytime I am through the area!
We needed a last minute place to stay with our dog, and this hotel was great. Comfy room, easy access to outside, and a nice breakfast as well
